Permission to Rest

Today we are navigating our way through a global pandemic, economic decline, intense racial divide and still having to take care of everyday business. It is definitely a challenging time in our world and not one of us is exempt from its impacts. Now more than ever it is imperative that we acknowledge Compassion Fatigue and learn strategies on resiliency, self-care, and self-management. These strategies will allow you to avoid compassion fatigue, improve coping abilities and ways to explore the kind of self-care that best suits you and your lifestyle.
