The TxCCDN's annual conference, trains and educates leaders across Texas and surrounding states about community development in a Christian context. This year's bible studies, keynotes, and worship sessions will be streamed live.

        Live Stream

The live stream includes all bible studies, worship sessions, and all keynote sessions (TBD).

Our team has gained incredible insights into best practices for Christian community development through the No Need Among You conferences we have attended. Navigating between relief versus development can be a challenge and several of the NNAY workshops have been pivotal to our understanding of how to truly help our community and to break mindsets and cycles of poverty. We have developed strategies to listen, learn and love through the tools we have gathered from the conference and we have leveraged those tools to help us make a positive impact in the communities where God has called us to minister.

        - Dawn Shapley, Next Steps Center Director for Valley Creek Church in Denton, TX

The NNAY Conference inspires me. Where else could I take advantage of great, expert instruction from accomplished practitioners while at the same time renewing my connection to partners from across the state? The NNAY Conference never disappoints.

        - Larry James, CEO of CitySquare in Dallas, TX

Attending the NNAY conference as a staff team provides our organization the unique opportunity for offsite training with times to debrief afterward. We each pick up different insights and ideas that we get to unpack over the 3-day event as well as work out over the course of the program year.

        - Kirk Craig, Executive Director of Agape Development in Houston, TX

Attending NNAY is definitely a highlight for our team. The high-level engagement with practitioners, community organizers, faith leaders, and subject matter experts creates the perfect environment where we can be challenged and at the same time find rest. I highly recommend anyone working on community development to attend the conference and be part of the TXCCDN.

-Diego Silva, Director of Family Hope Center for Buckner Children & Family Services in Peñitas, TX

I’ve attended and led workshops on social enterprise at NNAY conferences over the years. As I benefited greatly from the wide variety of workshops and large group sessions, I believe that NNAY is a phenomenal conference with great value for anyone who considers attending. I would encourage any faith-based nonprofit to attend NNAY if they are looking to continue as a healthy nonprofit for the next 10 years.

Mike Doyle, Executive Director for Cornerstone Assistance Network in Fort Worth, TX
